Who this is from This website is run by Carla Roberts, trading as Consult Carla. If you have any questions about your information, you can reach me using the contact form on this site.

What I collect When you fill in the contact form, I collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. I don't collect anything beyond what you choose to share here.

Why I collect it I use this information only to respond to your enquiry. I won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing unless you separately opt in to that somewhere else.

Providing this information is optional You don't have to fill in this form. If you choose not to, I simply won't be able to respond to your enquiry.

Who else sees it Your submission is processed through Squarespace's built-in form tool, which stores it securely so I can read and respond to it. I don't share your information with anyone else, and I don't sell it.

How long I keep it I keep enquiry information only for as long as it's useful for our conversation, and delete it after that unless we go on to work together, in which case it may be kept as part of that engagement's records.

Your rights You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just use the contact form and mention it's a privacy request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you're ever unhappy with how your information has been handled.

Security I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only accessible to me.
